The Dane Emerson House was built in 1900 and is a fine example of Queen Anne Victorian architecture. Much of the original character has been preserved in the oak, pine and chestnut trim, leaded glass windows, 9’ 10” ceilings, and walls that measure over a foot thick. Every effort has been made to restore or reuse the materials originally used.

Springtown Farm is a 3 bedroom antique farm house on 5 gorgeous acres surrounded by organic farms, just 3 miles of the quaint, gay friendly village of New Paltz. We are just 90 miles north of Midtown Manhattan. You will be renting the entire home, with a fully equipped gourmet Amish country kitchen. Our beautiful home is wonderfully restored with wide board floors, an antique claw foot tub, and antiques from all over the world. Relax on the covered porch and watch the world go by, or have a private barbecue and watch the sun set.

Welcome to John Morris Manor Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B is located between Syracuse and Rochester in Seneca Falls, New York, and is open to guests year round. The Manor will also be available for intimate functions and serve as a meeting place for clubs and associations. The home features five large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath. The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests, including two parlors, the dining room, and a den with fireplace. In summer guests may relax by the full-size, in-ground swimming pool.
