Welcome to John Morris Manor Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B is located between Syracuse and Rochester in Seneca Falls, New York, and is open to guests year round. The Manor will also be available for intimate functions and serve as a meeting place for clubs and associations. The home features five large, comfortably furnished guest bedrooms, three with private baths and two with a shared bath. The majority of the common areas on the first floor are open to guests, including two parlors, the dining room, and a den with fireplace. In summer guests may relax by the full-size, in-ground swimming pool.

Nestled between the north ends of Seneca and Cayuga Lakes the area is known as the “gateway” to the Finger Lakes region of New York State. Seneca Falls was the sight of the first women’s rights convention held in this country in 1848. The area is rich in historical sites and museums, national parks, scenic waterfalls, and first class wineries. Pet friendly. Have 2 small dogs and have dedicated two rooms in the west wing for pets and their owners. Open kitchen, with plenty of snacks and beverages available at all times. You will enjoy a hearty breakfast each morning.

Seneca Falls is widely believed to be the inspiration for Frank Capra's holiday classic, "It's A Wonderful Life". Come to Seneca Falls and visit the village and locations that inspired Mr. Capra in his visits to Seneca Falls in the early 1900's. Stand on the bridge that Jimmy Stewart's character leaped from in the movie. Visit in December to take part in the weekend festivals that celebrate our connection to the holiday classic.
